Rooms were clean …well air-conditioned …great location… staff was friendly

The location was perfect 10/10!

the location is this hotel's strongest attribute. Very pleasant place located in close walking distance to the forum, pantheon, and Trevi fountain but also off the main streets. The access is via smaller allies which insulate most of the city bustle, but you're then half a block from two major streets. Rooms are clean and well kept; a bit small by American standards but more than adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Only issue we had was being able to hail cabs. Found it harder than we expected, and even when the front desk called we had a few incidents where there were "none available". Fortunately, if you've some stamina you can walk to most things a tourist would want to see. For price and convenience of location, we'd stay again.

Very central location. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Clean rooms.
