Very conveniet location next to a ton of bars and restaurants and walkable distance in Old Lyon to all the sight seeing. Don't understand why the 4 star rating however. Room was depressing at best.

We was staying just after Christmas over the New Year’s weekend. We had an amazing experience within this beautiful place and Chamonix overall. Clean, tidy well organised. Staff was always there when you needed, making everyone happy and comfortable. A place where we definitely will come back in the future.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for years. The service was phenomenal, the staff couldn’t have been more accomodating. Unfortunately as our stay was short and I was a little bit sick, we didn’t get to use all the amenities being the spa/gym which looked high spec from a having a view. Will definitely be going to stay here again and recommending to friends and family.
