The property is in a great location and it has its own dock which is great, for coming from the airport or walking around town. I will say the breakfast was subpar compared to other places we stayed in Italy and our room had a really bad smell to it, and was really small. I had to prop open the bathroom door daily and keep the doors open to the balcony when we were in the room. It had a screen which was unfortunately shredded. luckily we didn't get mosquitos.

The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations. The location was very convenient by the train station and also by lots of stores to shop in. I felt safe staying alone and they let me store my bags before I got on my train. I would recommend staying here!

The place was fairly easy to find and very close to the Rialto Bridge, so just a 5 minute walk from the waterbus stop. It is down a couple of little alleyways but it seemed quite safe even at night. Good location
Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day
