The space was small and in need of some repairs. There was no drinkable water except for the complimentary bottle they give at the beginning of your stay. There was breakfast which is a plus (although i’m unsure if this was free or not). Overall great location.

Good budget hotel in great location near railway station/bus station/car parking so you don't have to carry lots of luggage across Venice. Very friendly staff, basic breakfast, no aircon but provided fan kept us cool. Vaparettos leave nearby, avoid No2 as it very busy, No1 is often quieter. Nearby Ristorante Roma on the Grand Canal is great for drinks and food. (Place gets bad reviews from people expecting premium canalside tables for a couple of espressos, but those are reserved for diners. It'sa good place.)

My girlfriend and I had a nice stay here, the hotel is good value for money as it was very cheap. The room was comfortable and clean, however it god very warm in there. Other than that everything was okay. Breakfast was very good as well.

Amazing location. Walking distance to everything important. We walked from cruise port. Used train station. And see Venice st Lucia. I love the hotel. Room super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel was perfect for what I paid for. It was convenient. It was a three minute walk from the metro station. When you get to the hotel your greeted by friendly staff. They did have an elevator.
