"We stayed in room 236 and there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. My husband heard a dripping sound from above and was able to easily push his finger through the soft ceiling. Maintenance confirmed it was mold and to make it worse it possibly was toilet water dripping from the room above. ..."
