The room was not clean. There was an odor and hair in the bathtub.

Always a good stay here but would love to see some updates to the gym made, as well as Smart TVs in rooms.

Yes there was plety of parking and the mall being so close was perfect not only for my family and my wife birthday.

The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the hotel and helped when we needed assistance with the self parking. We didnt use the free shuttle service but the concierge helped with instruction to places. The range of the food available on the buffet was excellent as was the food from the menu. They evrn had hot tea which is not available at all hotels. We would definitely recommend this hotel
