Good location easy to get around in NYC

We cancelled our holiday. It turns out America isn't that great after all.

Great location, staff were wonderful, rooms were quiet and beds were very comfortable. Clean and elegant. Elevators are older so take a little longer, mainly because many do not realize elevators are on both sides of check in desk. Have stayed here twice, would stay again. Can check luggage before or after check in /out, they will set up a ride to the airport to and from.

I booked at the last minute and was fortunate to get an excellent rate. By far the best value for money I’ve experienced over many years in visiting NYC. Convenient to everything midtown, the Warwick is beautifully appointed and maintained, and my room was very spacious with the tech conveniences I needed. Great breakfast restaurant and bar for the evening, awesome people. I would happily stay again.

Excellent place to stay

Overall the stay was great. It was a place to lay our heads down at night. The Pool is only open until 6 for kids- I brought a Teenager, so after a long day a good swim is what we needed, but no dice! Pool area was kept as clean as it could- the pool staff needs a bit more hospitality training, some lounges were not prioritized for guests of the hotel. Desk help was great from the moment we arrived to when we left. We felt very safe staying there.

Hotel Empire is beautiful both inside and out! The rooftop pool area is so relaxing. The staff is very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing location at the heart of Koreatown where you can gind great dining and shopping. Furthermore if you go to the rooftop you can enjoy incredible dinning experience with the most beautiful view to the Empire State Building.

While it's expected for most mid-tier hotels in New York, the rooms were tiny. Difficult to navigate even just with a small carry-on, we were opening our room door into the bag since we laid it on the floor. Also, the biggest issues we had were from the bathroom. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and the shower was not very leak-proof. I think I had higher expectations since I typically have very nice stays in any Hyatt hotel. The hotel was still nice since it was very walkable to the areas we were interested in visiting, but next time, I would pay for a better accommodation.
