Eastern Massachusetts Pet-friendly Holidays

Check in was 3:00, we FINALLY got in at 5:30 and had a show to get to for 6:30 start so that was a bit infuriating to say the least. We came from out of state and just wanted to freshen up before we left for the show but had minimal time bc of the situation. I expressed my concerns to blank stares from the staff at front desk. They didn’t seem to care how far behind things were. This was a bummer as we’ve stayed here before and love the location, off street parking and closeness to our favorite spots. Not sure if we will be back or explore other options. Will be discussing this with the wife before our next trip to Boston in October.

We love the Revere Hotel and are returning guests for a reason! The location is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff has always been welcoming. It's one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Boston. This stay was a little different because the hotel was extremely busy with events. While it's great to see the hotel thriving, we unfortunately weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities because they were closed for private events during both days of our stay. The lobby also became quite congested as event guests gathered there, making it difficult at times to walk through with our family and luggage. None of these issues would keep us from returning, but if you're planning to use the hotel's amenities, it may be worth checking whether large events are scheduled during your stay. Overall, we still had a great experience and look forward to staying here again.
