Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely.
Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!

Beautiful hotel with an elegant vibe - if you pay extra for Level Lounge access. Otherwise you’re in a huge pool with 1,000 screaming children. However! If you are bringing children they are fantastically well catered for.
As a couple I would recommend the Level for some peace and serenity.

Some overall issues with the power outlets (only one of them worked). Also, one night I got back to the hotel very late at night and my card would not unlock the door. Front desk staff came upstairs to let me in using their card, but that didn’t work either. The employee said that the battery must have run out, and I had to wake up the other guest in the room to let me in. It’s very inconvenient to be in this type of situation at 3am.

Absolutely wonderful stay!
From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the service exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, quiet at night, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend — we will definitely come back!

I have stayed here before and place has gone downhill since. The AC did not work and they need to do maintenance to the place. Pretty loud too
