the pool is VERY small and the photos are VERU misleading. our room wasnt cleaned on 2 seperate occasssions despite requests. the area is very convenient BUT it is a smelly dirty entrance. HOMELESSNESS is an issue in the area

This was my first stay at Pendry and I was only there for one night but the hotel is beautiful, my room had character (not some bland and boring cookie cutter decor and furnishings), the mattress was amazing, the mini fridge was packed with beverages, there were snacks and other goodies, and the hotel robe was heavenly. Between the mattress and the robe, I feel asleep before I could even turn the lights off. My only complaint is that my stay was so short but I will definitely be coming back.

I liked the overall cleanliness of the property, but it was unfortunately over shadowed by the lack of responsiveness and communication of the staff at the grill and the valet. More detail can be provided upon request.
