Very well located, comfortable, but small bedrooms, nice bathrooms, very nice staff, very well located within walking distance of many restaurants, beautiful view of Nice Promenade des Anglais.
But, strange set up with reception in a different building, connected with lift, restaurant often privately booked, no on-site parking, but good valet.

The room was decent enough, only thing that ruined the experience was the room was advertised with balcony photos and when I went there, the room had no balcony which was extremely disappointing.
