I would rate our stay at this property as good overall. Our room was very nice and directly faced the Caribbean. Food was excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating. However we did experience some problems. Checkin was supposed to be at 4 but they didn’t have our room ready until 5:30. Then when we went to our room someone else was already in it. The resort comped us a spending voucher for this but it was not a great start after traveling all day. Other issues were with tv remote that didn’t work properly even after we complained and lack of wash cloths after the first day.

The room was clean upon entrance. Staff made sure our bed was made and towels restocked everyday. The staff is so friendly! Especially Kerry and Sherri we loved them.

We had a great view from our room. We had upgraded to ocean front . Room was very spacious. Amanda and Peter are the absolute highlights of this place. Would definently return and recommend this resort to others .

We absolutely loved our stay at Kontiki Beach Resort. The rooms are beautiful and our view was fantastic. We especially loved the little private plunge pool on the deck — it made the stay feel extra special. The beach area is very lively with great restaurants, beach clubs, and plenty of shopping nearby, so there is always something to do. Just be prepared for loud music on Wednesday nights due to the beach club events, but aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back.
