Greater Antilles Romantic Holidays

We had a fabulous time the entire week! From the food to the entertainment, Bahia Principe did not disappoint. We absolutely loved our trip and accommodations.

Antonio made all the difference between a good stay and a great stay. Very attentive and has a great command of what it takes to make you feel welcome and part of the Ambar family. He should be training the others on what it takes to lead the customer experience. We will be retuning due to the level of care and attention he delivered.

The restaurants were fully booked every night, it wasn’t convenient to make reservations since they don’t allow reservations to be made while booking the vacation. We didn't get to try any of them except the steakhouse. The only times available (sometimes) were between 9:30-10:30 and they recommended going to see them periodically throughout the day to see if people had cancelled their reservations. We tried tha and there was barely cancellations but when we walked by the restaurants they weren’t crowded. When we finally got a a reservation to the steakhouse the food was cold and looked exactly like the food from the buffet. Other than that the resort itself was beautiful and had tons of fun at the pool and beach. Most of the staff was friendly. Resort is huge so a lot of walking!

“My stay at Punta Cana Princess was overall okay, but there were several issues. The room was not as clean as expected—the bathroom, especially the toilet, was dirty, and the room itself felt very hot as the AC wasn’t working well. I was also given a loft room, which was quite dark. The food was decent, and the pool area was nice, but there were not enough chairs available, which made it hard to relax and find a spot. Overall, the stay was fine, but improvements in cleanliness, room comfort, and pool seating would make a big difference.”

The staff was AMAZING! Wilber our butler and Peter from the fungestic crew were our favorites! Food and drinks were great! All the activities were fun and beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back!
