Good afternoon I booked an all-inclusive hotel at Zel Punta Cana I paid almost $2200 to stay here with the food included. However, the food has been terrible. The first day I arrived. There was a plastic in my meal next day. We went to a steakhouse they have here and then one of the meats was completely burnt chard, and the other one was completely raw. We also had some Greek food which was horrible as well and we tried a pizza where the dough was raw food experience was very bad. Talk to management here to see if I was able to get a refund for 2 to 3 nights which I think is fair. Since you know, the Ford experience was one of the worst stuff I've ever had. The mattress was also very hard not able to rest in my vacation

It was nice. There are nicer places but not bad at all. Most of the food could have been better.

The spa (hydro circuit, yoga teachers), activities, cleanliness, staff and entertainment were AMAZING!
