I love that hotel and I travel almost every year from U.S. with my family. Everything is amazing except people working at reception never smile and are not very welcoming to the guests. I have been traveled around the world and had never experienced cold welcome like this. My personal opinion is that they need to have some extra training how to be more hospitable or just change the receptionists!!

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. My only concerns were that the AC in one of the bedrooms was not working, and the room became quite hot. When I contacted the hotel, I was told they were already aware of the issue. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t let me know in advance or leave a fan in the room, especially since they knew the AC wasn’t working. Also, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a family of four, which wasn’t enough for our stay, and we had to purchase more ourselves. Aside from these issues, we really enjoyed the apartment. It was beautiful, very clean, and in an excellent location.

Overall this is one of the worst hotel I have ever tried, not coming back, not recommend. Big room, that’s the only good thing of the hotel. Walkable distance to train station and Old Town, but 15min walk was little too far during heat wave. AC was not working well, telephone in the room was even out of service, needed to go down to the receptionist, using the stairs because lift was also out of service, then got told they were fixing the AC, nothing more they could do. Later we found out same situation mentioned by other customers on google a year ago, quite a long fix. The room looked tidy but there were always flies in the room, throughout our 2-night stay. The worst was, we were told breakfast was included during check in, so we had breakfast in the hotel both days. First day we got questioned by a waitress and we said front desk told us breakfast included, hang fire and waited for her to come back but she didn’t in the next 15mins so we just started our breakfast. Before we went, I double checked with the waitress if everything was alright and she said yes. Next day we went to the restaurant again and still no one mentioned about the charges, and finally when we checked out we were asked to pay 300PLN for the breakfast. We mentioned all the things happened and dispute the charges but they didn’t listen, they held my luggage until I gave my card. The hotel even tried to charge me for a Prosecco which they claimed it was gone from my room but I don’t drink!

Great hotel in an excellent location Really enjoyed my stay at Scandic Wrocław. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Wrocław Główny station and around 10–15 minutes on foot from the Old Town and Rynek. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board, TV, desk and separate table with comfortable chairs. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and bathtub. My only minor criticism was that the pillows could have been more comfortable. There’s a small but useful 24-hour gym and a family-sized sauna available at various times. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Standard check-in is 16:00, although early check-in or late check-out is available for around 80 PLN. Overall, excellent value, comfortable and ideally located. I would happily stay here again.

Staff not friendly, very small pillow and towels, pillows not comfortable at all . Too complicated to get in and out . I wouldn’t come back and recommend!!
