9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,231 reviews)
The property and staff are great!
My main negative is regarding check in. While the room was ready, we couldn't check into it without paying an "early check in fee" . And without che paying the early check in fee, you can't even use the elevators to get downstairs to the restroom after traveling in. Yes the stairs are available. This just seems petty and a money grab that just not necessary in light of the money you have already paid for the room.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (589 reviews)
Our stay was great. The hotel is beautiful, though could be kept up a bit better. Staff were friendly especially Kareem. It didn’t have a huge bed and breakfast feel as far as breakfast, afternoon snacks and wine. I was a bit underwhelmed compared to other b&bs I’ve stayed in before.
