Our second visit to the hotel , the quality of the breakfast has dropped . Porridge is not difficult but your chef can’t make it . Runny milky slop is not porridge . Bacon overcooked. Things running out

Absolutely wonderful apartment, wonderful helpful staff apartment of the higest quality, breakfast amazing lots of choice on continental and cooked option. Staff helpful at sorting out trips and airport transfers. Luxurious electric vehicle. Adult only hotel. No noise at all beds where really comfortable. Minbar refilled every day.

This is our third stay at Hotel Copernicus spanning 20 years, and it was another exceptional experience. The team made my husband’s 60th birthday unforgettable with sparkling wine, a handwritten note, and a superb seven-course tasting menu. The chef’s food was truly outstanding — we have eaten in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and he is certainly worthy of one. Kasper and Sylvester were exceptional hosts, and the chef’s surprise birthday cake was a lovely finishing touch. Elegant, warm, and consistently excellent — Copernicus never disappoints.

The perfect location for our time in Krakow. Once we parked we could easily walk to restaurants, shopping and the sights of Krakow. And I loved the historic building. An amazing experience.
