Room was clean, but basic. 50% of the small sized elevators were down.

Very clean and friendly staff

The rooms were not as clean. To be exact, one of their staff members was not friendly at all. I asked her for a simple question and her response was to Google it. I thought maybe I was the problem for asking many questions but then I noticed she was like that with absolutely every other person. I was waiting to get an issue resolved and noticed her interaction with others. I dislike the fact you have to call them for all kitchen hardware. There is absolutely nothing inside the hotel, except for cups. The mini fridge did not work. I do have to say, outside the Vedara, it is beautiful. Everything is near by but the hotel itself, was not very pleasant.

Nice if you’re looking to be close to the strip but don’t want to hassle with a casino being in your hotel lobby

I had 2 separate booking 1 for the Palms, 1 for Palms Place. Upon checking in I explained it to the front Desk at the Palms. I asked and paid for a upgrade to palms place an additional 150+ dollars so my reservation could be seamless. Only to find out that my key doesn't work cause i can't access my floor via that elevatpr. I have been gone since 7 o'clock in the morning. It is currently 10:58 at.n8ght. 8 am tired and have a flight in the morning l, but nowninhave to recheck in, re pay for something thst could and should have been taken care of. I have thousands of dollars in photography in my room and i feel i should feel more secure, when staying at a hotel like the palms. Aside from thst i enjoyed my stay. Please put some where with food at palms olace.
