Tiny room with inner view window so no natural light and quite unpleasant. TV very old and small. Staff were good. Location good.

Upon our arrival the doorman greeted my wife and I by name. That was confirmation that we are valued as guests.

It’s rare that I find a hotel that lives up to the “hype” but this is the exception. It’s more like staying at a up market private club. The service is top notch. Great neighborhood, easy to get transportation or to walk to most tourist sites. Nice restaurant options very close by, or you can enjoy the on-site restaurants with their sister property. The room was immaculate. The extras, in terms of service and snack options, were generous. To come back to the room after a chilly day and lots of walking to find the bed turned down, with the sheets warmed, and the fireplace on was such a treat. Stay here, it’s worth every penny.

The Spa was unattended, no towels provided, no slippers , people there were unfriendly - very disappointed with staff @ this property, they seemed confused and unprofessional!

Have stayed at this hotel a number of time. Brilliant access to London Tower and walks along the Thames. Clean and very friendly hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights, we really liked this hotel we like how clean and spacious the room is a very fancy bathroom, we like the breakfast menu. And the staff were really friendly with us. We would highly recommend it.

The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel.
