our room was very spacious, quiet and the beds were comfortable. location was somewhat central, but in vegas, be prepared to walk miles everyday regardless. temperature was comfortable as well during our stay.

We had no product or soap in out room, they forgot to stock it after cleaning. Also the ceiling was bubbled by the air vent meaning there was probably a leak in the ceiling needing to be fixed. For the prices paid a night over $600 it was pretty mediocre. Will not be staying there again.

had a great overall experience at the Wynn and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property. However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available. That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard. We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered. Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience.

We booked one bedroom corner unit with kitchen. The unit is overall in a good condition and clean. To our surprise there were no kitchen utensils. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. When I called and requested utensils they brought us three plates, two cups and two plastic forks/knife packages. Very strange hospitality approach...
