Very fancy and green

We especially liked the inner courtyard and happy hour free drink. Our room was very quiet except that we were next to the elevator and could hear when it was in use. The reception staff were really fabulous. We also appreciated the well-designed bathroom shower.

Good hotel very well located in the heart of Copenhagen. Makes the visit very easy, a few block away from Stroget, and the metro right in front of the hotel. Can easily walk and bike anywhere. Good modern room, well sound proofed, very good soap products in the room. The breakfast is great and started us off very well every day. The only downside we can say is that the hotel doesn't really have true air conditioning like we are used to (only ventilation, like in most places in Copenhagen), although we were comfortable in the room after the mechanics corrected a problem with our system after the second night. Second issue for us was that the blackout drapes leave quite a bit of light in, and given the days are very long at this time of the year, the room was alight early in the morning. Nevertheless, we recommend!

Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles. And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were in developing country). While we were on the 13th floor, the loud noise of the traffic below (honking of horns, ambulance, etc) made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The beds were LUMPY. OVERALL, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were fantastic, so helpful, and always willing to make sure you were comfortable. Appreciated the help with luggage throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, the location is the best in Copenhagen.

Very fancy and green

Dream location, top tier staff and amenities, incredibly spacious rooms, comfortable bed, bedding, and wonderful size bathroom! Would recommend in a heartbeat! Easy walk to the train station, restaurants, the danish royal theater, the canals, boat rides etc. Attended a conference near Tivoli Gardens and it was an easy walk to and from.
