From check-in, dinner RSVP, booking excursions, we were met with a smile. The place was ideal for picturesque sunset views. We had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the food was exceptional. The staff at the restaurant were all wonderful, but Mihkiah was especially nice and always helpful. If you get the chance, please book a spa treatment — it will leave you longing for more. I would definitely recommend this hotel, 10 out of 10.

The staff is outstanding. Everybody is nice and you feel a wish to « go the extra mile ». You want something they don’t have, the find a way. Absolutely no waiting time with the buggies as the staff are so numerous.
We had such a lovely time. The resort is indeed kid friendly however the « adult zones » create a bit of a weird feeling and there are not a lot of animation like some resort. You don’t go there for the animation, you go there for the extreme serenity provided by the beauty of the place.
Tips: ask for a buggy tour around the hotel. You should see everything, views are outstanding!
