What a restful.stay in a lovely property. We slept so well with windows open to the sea. Delicious breakfast every day. Very friendly staff. We feel super relaxed afterwards.

Our stay at this hotel in Seville was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, and from the moment we walked in, the beautiful signature scent created a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Seville has to offer. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The concierge and valet team were outstanding, always going above and beyond to help with recommendations, transport, and ensuring our stay was seamless. The bar staff were fantastic—warm, attentive, and always happy to make recommendations. The breakfast team also deserves special praise for their excellent service and the quality and variety of the food each morning. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and spotless, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the high standard of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it represented excellent value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again.

Expérience plutôt décevante. Il était pratiquement impossible d’obtenir une température confortable dans la chambre, ce qui a nui à notre séjour. De plus, une des fenêtres ne fermait pas correctement pendant environ la moitié de notre séjour. Le Wi-Fi est également très mauvais, instable et peu fiable. Si vous devez travailler, faire des appels vidéo ou simplement avoir besoin d’une bonne connexion Internet, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel. Ces problèmes ont malheureusement beaucoup affecté notre expérience.
