Spacious room, complimentary wine, great location away from the noise of Waikīkī beach area, staff great and always on hand to help,check in no problem. Would be nice to have a kettle in room, but coffee shop open at 6am

All the staff were very nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Hotel is def on my top 5. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for six nights. The location is excellent, with its own beach and a peaceful atmosphere that never felt crowded. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently close to the Royal Hawaiian Center. All of the staff, including the front desk, bell services, and housekeeping, were friendly and always smiling. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredible reno of the old ohana hotel. Hotel caters to various tours so the hotel was very busy. Only noticed it at the pool. Be aware that currently new hotel construction occurring across the street which is noisy and starts before 6am daily.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We arrived during the storm, and they checked to see if we could check in early, waiving the charge. They also had more indoor activities, like bracelet making and hula dancing, to enjoy. During our stay we felt the resort itself was ample though wish our room was bigger and also that the walls were sound proof as we could clearly hear people outside our door or next door neighbors awake. Besides that it was in a central location and would consider it again.
