It was okay. Good location.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel had clearly been renovated, with modern fixtures and design. Breakfast was a great addition. The rooms were very noisy at night, with multiple doors “slamming” in the hallway throughout the late night and early morning. It seemed oddly loud for a hotel that didn’t seem that busy. Also, the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle. However, we had to ask twice to set it up and it ended up being a taxi that then up charged us for not having cash when we got to the airport. This property does not actually offer an airport shuttle and should better control the companies they work with. I would have just used uber.

This is a great property if you want to relax and not go far, there is a lot to do in walking distance. The room was very nice, was told it was newly renovated. It was not the room I booked, I was told I was upgraded and the resort fees removed on check in, it was at the end of a busy hall and there was a lot of noise at night, people not realizing maybe that there was a guest room there talking very loudly. When I checked out I commented on it and they (again) removed the resort fees, which means they were actually never removed the first time. Over all my stay was nice although maybe not as relaxing as I would have liked. The restaurants and location was very good.

Loved the hotel, amenities and staff but items were expensive. But that’s Vegas for you.

Really comfortable, clean, and lovely room. Great location. But the staff wasn’t helpful for a 4 star hotel and could use training. There is no ironing board in the room so I asked the front desk. She got it out of a closet and told me to bring it up to the room myself (it was a large/heavy/clunky ironing board). The iron itself was dirty and it looked like someone else had used it and burnt something onto it, so the residue immediately stained my clothes… when I went downstairs, the front desk immediately asked me to bring it down without offering to help and seemed in a rush to have it back. It wasn’t a good impression in terms of service.

Staff was very friendly & attentive. This hotel suited us just fine for our short trip visiting a nearby friend. Rooms were clean & bathroom very spacious. Beds were comfy. Bottom (2nd) floor was a bit noisy from street noise as expected (cars honking, ambulances) but nothing good earplugs can't help. 3 adult women shared this room just fine. No bells & whistles but no complaints as well.

Great stay except for the breakfast food and no microwave available for rooms. There’s a small refrigerator in the room but I asked for a microwave for leftovers from earlier in the day but they don’t have any for the rooms.
