Decent hotel. Check in fairly easy. Digital concierge pretty good. Elevators weren’t working. We waited ten minutes to get downstairs. Almost missed start of show. Digital concierge claimed elevators working which was untrue. That’s thing I remember most.

Great property within walking distance of main strip - the access via the mall was convenient as you could nip into shops or grab food on way back to your room and avoid the heat. Staff were lovely and were able to sort out any issues. Our suite was on the penthouse floor and the room was amazing - lots of space and all the amenities were perfect. That huge projector screen was a plus - great to watch movies on!

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very nice. When we arrived there was a woman screaming in the lobby. Additionally the gym was new yet had a must order and down in the basement. It was called a spa yet not a spa. Breakfast beautiful and delicious as was the night lounge upstairs

Great quiet location. Quick walk through the park to the top of the Spanish Steps. The park is amazing. You feel like you’re back in time with all the ruins and head on and headless statues.

Great location. Nice set up. Write in Little Italy.

One block from Times Square busy yet so centrally located to all we wanted to see! We enjoyed the hotel and we could walk or use the subway system just on the corner. Many nearby restaurants and stores. Great service and clean rooms! Wifi is an additional charge.

The room was uncomfortably small (we were offered an accessible room which should have had bars in the shower and by the toilet and there were no bars. Had my husband been in a wheel chair rather than a walker the wheelchair would not have fit in the room), No bellman brought us up to the room which was particularly difficult since my husband uses a walker so carrying luggage was quite a balancing act. When we commented about our disappointment at the front desk, nothing was done or offered.

Fabulous staff!! So helpful, Gave great directions to help us get where we needed to be. Beautiful rooms, comfortable and pleasant place to stay!

The staff at check in was very good, helpfull.
