Like: Nice cozy hotel in quite area , helpful staff. The room was big with pretty view ( we stayed in studio suite), near the tram station and some restaurants.
Dislike: The furniture in the room needs refresh.

Expedia showed a deluxe room with viewwhich was otherwise however hotel management was very cooperative to accommodate us in a room with same rates although we never booked directly so its complain to expedia not hotel they are cooperative & nice
