West Coast of Fuerteventura Ski Holidays

I stayed at this hotel on a half-board basis and overall felt it was good value for money. The food was buffet style. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and at dinner there was always enough variety to find something to eat. The only downside was that some of the hot dishes could occasionally be a little lukewarm. The complex itself is quite large, with several smaller pools as well as a bigger main pool. It’s also possible to walk from the hotel down to the beachfront, which is convenient if you want to eat out or explore the area. The rooms include a small kitchen area with a fridge, which was really useful for keeping drinks and snacks. My room had a balcony, although it didn’t get much direct sunlight as it was north facing, so it wasn’t ideal for drying swimwear. There is also a self-service laundry on site with two washers and two dryers, which was simple and convenient to use. The staff were hardworking, always present around the complex, and helpful whenever needed. There is also bicycle hire within the complex offering a great range of bikes. The staff there were very helpful, offering advice on various cycling routes around the area. They were professional, friendly, and seemed to be experienced cyclists themselves, which made it easy to get good local recommendations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt the hotel offered good value for the price

Room bit sparse but large sitting area with seperate bedroom and bathroom so more than adequate. Very clean throughout and staff friendly. Good stay all round.

Our first time staying at this hotel and overall its fine, positives are its quiet but ideally located for the beach and the strip of Puerto del carmen, plenty of parking and the pool areas. The main issue is the restaurant, breakfast starts at 8am so everyone is coming in at the same time so most days we didn't even get a cup so had to use paper ones, only 1 toaster machine and needed more staff as so busy trying to clean up tables, the food was okay with plenty of choice but could have been hotter. I think they need to re think the restaurant opening times to smooth out the busy periods, dinner was a similar experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not go back.

Room was spacious, good storage space, bathroom room spacious but shower very basic. The hotel has obviously been freshened up but still feels very much a seventies/eighties hotel. The hotel is ideally situated for beach, walks,shops,bars, restaurants and transportation. Buffet breakfast very good. Staff and service FIVE STAR for attentiveness, charm and friendliness.

Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average.

Wonderful hotel. Spotless with staff cleaning up all the time. Breakfast amazing and drinks reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend

Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. Staff are all friendly in the restaurants and around the hotel. Isabel at the Italian was very friendly and remembered us as returning customers. My second stay here did not disappoint, I will return again next year.

Had an amazing 8 night stay recently. Food (both buffet and a la carte restaurants) were excellent. Every member of staff from welcome, management, bar, buffet, pool and cleaning were gracious, friendly and incredibly welcoming. The WhatsApp ability to talk to the hotel without having to visit a reception was excellent - very fast replies too! The only gap from here compared to the Adults Only Melia we stayed in Tenerife is the Reserve Pool was freezing - Tenerife had some heating which really took the edge off it such that my wife would get in - she refused in Paradisus as a result which was sad. Everything was clean and well maintained, there's a very small beach directly behind the resort if you want to pop out - just mind out when it's windy, as it DOES get windy. Would happily return in future, very much recommended (although we do tend to vary our locations for our winter sun break)

Near to most things the island has to offer. Food was varied each night. Pools kept in good condition. Rooms were neat and cleaned each day. Staff were excellent and multilingual. Would stay here again, the value for money is excellent.
