Staff was very nice! Amazing location and close to a metro station. There was a bit of mold in the shower. Also, don't be fooled by the pictures : we paid good money for the deluxe corner room as shown on many pictures, thinking we were going to have an amazing view of the water. However, we did not have this view at all and we were a bit disappointed as it is not written anywhere that the room would have a totally different view.

We loved our stay here! Great location in earls court. We got some attitude from the staff when we checked out, but other than that the other staff were amazing and helpful! Very cute boutique style hotel.

The room was clean but very basic, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely, especially the cleaning staff, they were always welcoming with a smile and even attended our room hours after they'd done everyone else's as we spent almost a whole day relaxing in the room and then when we went out for dinner, they somehow knew and went in to freshen the room up which was greatly appreciated and totally unexpected given we hadn't seen them working on the floor when we left

Terrific staff, great location and the July gave us a complimentary upgrade to the Harrington suite. Wonderful on all aspects.

Perfect Location - close to everything and easy connections via train to Gatwick Airport, tube and all attractions. Hotel rooms are wonderful and staff very attentive. Will stay again for sure 🇨🇦

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a gorgeous hotel with outstanding staff in a very central and convenient location. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court was devine!

I will start by saying that I would highly recommend the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The staff are lovely & the rooms are great. This is my 3rd stay there & it didn’t go quite as well as it has in the past. I always bring my dog with me and they usually provide dog wipes so that you can wipe off their feet before entering the hotel room and those were unfortunately not provided this time and they said that they didn’t have them. That was a bummer because I would’ve brought my own, but I didn’t because I anticipated them being in the room again. I would say my biggest disappointment was with room service. I would not recommend the tomato Barada pizza. It is covered in dried tomato paste and then portions of Barada, but it was not very tasty and it was just not what I had expected at all. The tomato sauce is weird and even the Barada is a little weird. In the morning, I ordered a California burrito and ask them to add a few ingredients. They forgot the tomatoes, but they added spicy pickles and because I absolutely hate pickles. The whole burrito was pretty much ruined. When I called them and let them know about it, they said that they would try to take it off the bill. They did in fact take it off of the Bill, but I had a little giggle over the fact that they still charged me for the Latte. I would’ve thought that they would’ve Just exited out the entire breakfast, Bill. It’s not a big deal. I just found it a little funny. Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!

Didn’t like the creaky floorboards in the bedroom. Breakfast didn’t seem very organised needed extra staff to cope, didn’t even have marmalade.
