The check in was very easy. The staff members were all friendly and eager to help. Check out also easy. Loved the iPad in the room to work the lights and blinds. The location is very close to the train station which makes it very easy to get around Amsterdam!

Great location just a few blocks from train station with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Fully equipped in room kitchen. Comfy bed/pillows. Elevator. Friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful location, quiet, clean

Excellent value for money. Loads of shops, bars and places to eat. Check out Karavan for a great breakfast.

Short stay but hospitality was great

Empty cans and bottles were found in the room Fridge not working Some lights could not be turned on

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower.

Requested to modify the Expedia booking which was accepted by Expedia as well as Hotel but once we arrived at the reception, the receptionist refused to give us the rooms unless they get the emails from Expedia. that was quite unhelpful specially after a long journey.
