3rd time staying at this hotel, it’s tucked away so super quiet but still good location. Beautifully decorated rooms and good amenities . Staff were lovely and helped me with my luggage disposal after I had a to buy a new suitcase.

Excellent location! Only a 10 minute walk to Big Ben, and metro station. Not many restaurant options in the immediate vicinity. Staff were helpful, and assisted us in getting a US to UK converter (which they have in their lobby). Very clean rooms!

Great staff !! Close to a tube connection. Quaint walkable community! Great back garden area for relaxing !

The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

The bathroom wall is translucent and shines bright light onto bed when bathroom is being used. This greatly disturbs those asleep in bed whenever bathroom is used.

I will start by saying that I would highly recommend the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The staff are lovely & the rooms are great. This is my 3rd stay there & it didn’t go quite as well as it has in the past. I always bring my dog with me and they usually provide dog wipes so that you can wipe off their feet before entering the hotel room and those were unfortunately not provided this time and they said that they didn’t have them. That was a bummer because I would’ve brought my own, but I didn’t because I anticipated them being in the room again. I would say my biggest disappointment was with room service. I would not recommend the tomato Barada pizza. It is covered in dried tomato paste and then portions of Barada, but it was not very tasty and it was just not what I had expected at all. The tomato sauce is weird and even the Barada is a little weird. In the morning, I ordered a California burrito and ask them to add a few ingredients. They forgot the tomatoes, but they added spicy pickles and because I absolutely hate pickles. The whole burrito was pretty much ruined. When I called them and let them know about it, they said that they would try to take it off the bill. They did in fact take it off of the Bill, but I had a little giggle over the fact that they still charged me for the Latte. I would’ve thought that they would’ve Just exited out the entire breakfast, Bill. It’s not a big deal. I just found it a little funny. Nice neighborhood with restaurants all around and a tesco a couple of blocks for any other items needed. Hammersmith station is a short walk to get to tube. Hotel was older but cute and clean.

Older property but they are doing upgrades. Staff was very friendly and excellent.

Great location for local event venues and less busy end of Camden Market area. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms spotless, comfortable beds.
