Staff was amazing. Space was perfect for us. Loved having the Mini Mart right there. Price was excellent for the area.

Everything about the hotel are beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Address Beach Resort. The room was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel was spotless from top to bottom, and housekeeping did an exceptional job every single day. Our room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously daily, with so much attention to detail. What truly made our stay extra special was how thoughtful the staff was with our kids—they left little gifts and surprises for them every day, which completely made their trip and ours. It was such a sweet and memorable touch. The cleanliness, care, and level of service were outstanding. You can truly tell this hotel takes pride in maintaining the highest standards. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of the entire stay. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a luxury, stress-free stay in Dubai.

Не понравилось только, что на ужин из напитков включенных в стоимость доступна только вода даже чая нет. Я простыл из-за кондиционера и мог попить чай только утром, приходилось в номере кипятить чай.

THE ROOM CARPET WAS FILTHY AND THE ROOM LOCATION WAS NOISY. WE HEARD LOTS OF THINGS THUMPING AND BANGING DURING THE ENTIRE STAY. THE VIEW WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL. THE ONE SAVING GRACE WAS THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS

Everything was perfect

Our stay at the Wyndham Residence was comfortable. The hotel itself does not have its own pool, though they provide access to another property nearby. The staff were polite and provided standard service, though not quite at the level you might expect from a property located on the Dubai Palm. Overall, I think this property is best suited for families with children or guests planning a longer stay on the Palm, rather than groups of adults looking for a more upscale or resort-style experience.

Excellent sized and clean rooms, v good breakfast and restaurant options, very helpful and attentive staff (without over doing it). A real tribute to management.
