Great hotel. Large rooms and very quiet, cleaned to a high standard and a good location.

Loved everything about this hotel will be back!!!

The location is amazing... literally right off of Times Square. We also easily booked a close parking garage for two full days in advance. The check-in was quick & easy. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet (for extra cost) was fantastic... food was great and the staff have it very well organized for seating, etc. My only issue was the lobby cafe/bar area. The cafe offers lots of nice sandwiches, snacks, etc up to almost midnight... but we found ourselves waiting too long in line when all we wanted were a few drinks from the bar. They have one line for fresh food ordering, cashier prepared food check-out items, and ordering alcohol beverages. So the line part was too long for a few times. All the employees were fantastic & friendly, but the ordering system should be looked at to avoid wait times. Other than that, you can't go wrong with this hotel... I would definitely return!!

I loved the full breakfast and the location of the Hotel. It was 1 or 2 mins walk to Time Square.

We stayed for about a week. From location to everything the hotel had to offer it’s perfect for a couple. They provided free water bottles that are refillable. For a hotel room in NY, it’s pretty spacious. They even have a restaurant and rooftop bar that gives the experience a special touch. I would recommend this hotel! Super clean as well.

Aunque no sabìamos que se paga una fee que cubre tanto el desayuno como las tapas y bebidas en la tarde, los mismos fueron muy buenos con excelentes empleados. Especialmente Sonia en las tardes. En cuando a otro empleado que hizo de nuestra estadìa una especial, fue Nicolás en recepción. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar con nuestras preguntas. El hotel está muy bien ubicado con una estación de subway justo al lado

The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.
