Middle Tennessee Ski Holidays

Overall we had a good stay. There was a leak in the bathroom that I reported immediately but no one ever came to see about it. The ice had some type of seed in it and when brought to the bartenders attention she just said (do you want another drink) lol this was at the bar which tells me that the area isn’t being kept clean. Other than that the stay was fine.

Great AC, clean and about 12 min walk to broadway..

It was just a really nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located, spacious rooms.

The staff and facility were all very nice. An otherwise great stay was impacted by a $35 per day “ destination charge” that I was informed of upon arrival. I was told that I could spend that $35 on food etc at the hotel. This was a surprise charge, and not something I expected from a supposedly high end hotel. I voiced my concern to front desk personnel upon departure, and was informed that actually, I was not subject to this fee. This was after I spent $70 per day on breakfast, because I was told I would be billed for the $35 fee whether I used it or not. Not what I was expecting from the high-end Marriott… disappointing.. makes me re- think my loyalty to your company.

The rooftop pool was small but very cool.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The environment was peaceful and the decor in the coffee shop was amazing!
