Absolutely love the hotel and our stay. The gentleman that ran the valet department were phenomenal from Diogo to the other gentleman that I cannot remember his name did not go unnoticed. The pool and bar area was great to relax in and have a cocktail before bed. Absolutely recommend this and if we come back to Portugal would stay here 100%

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star property. The photos made it look much larger than it actually is, and there was no proper lobby, which was disappointing for my family and me. So if you are the type of person looking for a fancy lobby, this is not the right hotel for you! Housekeeping was also below standard—the room was not cleaned well and dirty towels were not removed. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. I expected much more from a 5-star hotel. As far as the location goes, it was excellent.

Lovely welcome from the check in staff very polite and helpful. Room lovely clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff very polite and welcoming.had breakfast which was delicious lots of variety. Will definitely be booking to stay again.

It was ok for what we needed, but a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The location is good. There are some restaurants and a Carrefour over the road so it’s easy to get alternative food options if you don’t want to eat at Disney everyday/ The shuttle service to Disney is brilliant. A real perk of staying there and takes away any stress of getting to and from the park. The staff were also really friendly. However, the room (ours was a junior suite) was a bit tired. We had broken internal sliding doors that separated the bedroom from the living room, and the cold water pressure was almost non existent which meant very hot showers (during a heatwave). It was superficially clean but it did just feel a bit dated. On the whole, it was an ok experience and it did the job but underwhelming.
