The most annoying and disappointing part of the stay was that only one lift was working out of two. This has happened previously with the same lift being out of order. "Had a brilliant stay. Hotel in perfect central area, within a very short walk of the tube station. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, close to shops. Our plug sockets stopped working shortly before we had to leave for an event, and the front desk sent an electrician to fix it within five minutes which meant we could still do our hair. Excellent service all round and will stay again!"

"We liked the location quite a bit. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. However, the room configurations were very bizarre and not very functional. There were no horizontal surfaces in the rooms at all on which to put any items aside from two small bedside nightstands. There was one spot to hang clothes which was located right above the left nightstand, thus making it impossible to store a longer item such as a dress.
