"Emailed the hotel prior to submit a request and due to the nature of it, was upgraded for free. They didn’t have to do that and certainly wasn’t expecting it! Upon arrival, they were very friendly and efficient. The room in question was very spacious and clean, however it’s definitely in need of some new windows, as the current ones are old and allow for excess noise from the traffic and trams. On the morning of checkout, the room card stopped working prematurely, this was rectified promptly...

"Booked this hotel as the price was really good, didnt expect much of it during the booking. Was pleasantly surprised at the service and rooms. I have stayed at average hotels but higher inn price but the rooms are claustrophobic but the rooms here are spacious and airy. The downside is not having a kettle in the room but all drinks are available downstairs. The downstairs area is a vibe itself, games, snooker, drinks. Its unfortunate its not closer to the centre or this would be my go to hotel!...
