Property was in a nice location, was only there for less than 24 hours so didn’t get to appreciate all the facilities properly, room was a little small as was the bathroom but both were clean and tidy, 10 am check out would normally be a minus, on this visit we had to leave early so it didn’t matter, a little pricey but it was bank holiday weekend.

Getting there by shuttle buls or service bus. (I paid for a train ticket from Handforth to Manchelster airport via Wilmslow, then for a taxi from the airport to the hotel.). Poor information from the hotel. WC didn't flush. No bathroom sink tap. Coudn't find the USB socket in the bedroom. Limited free wi-fi. £8 for breakfast according to you. I paid £12! Breakfast was luke warm. . . I informed the duty manager of my concerns. She gave me her email address and a free ticket on the shuttle bus as partial compensation.

Weird atmosphere throughout hotel. Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel due to a delayed flight missing the last train home so we decided to book a £38 room. Not sure what we expected at this price, the whole hotel smelt of smoke and onions. The extractor fan above the shower which barely worked was absolutely filthy. It was obvious people in the rooms near ours were smoking but due to the odd atmosphere neither me or my boyfriend felt safe making us leaving 45 minutes after checking in. We instead waited at Manchester airport for 4 hours till the next train as anything would be better than staying in that hotel room.

My window was next to the kitchen roof. Bird's poo, cigarettes ends, lipbalm tube on the roof. Noisy extractor fan working until late night next to 107 room Very tired deco, cigarettes smoke smelled room with cheap spring mattress. Half a ceiling lights didn't work. Doggie free WiFi, expensive premium WiFi. Small, old fashion TV in the room. No information about the hotel facilities in the room. Time to call for Alex Polizzi
