Room was lovely. Very clean and a good size. I had the English breakfast which was a generous size and tasted great! Host was very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Needed to stay near to the Alexander hospital as had an early appointment and I live 60 miles away. I was so glad I chose this place as it was quiet but very homely a beautiful home.

For somewhere just to sleep before going to Manchester Airport it is ideal. Don’t let the external conditions put you off The Tatton Arms was lively & good for food on the evening

Lovely guest house. We had an easy check in and were offered breakfast at an extra cost but declined. Bedroom was excellent and location was perfect for us

Great Overnight Stay

Lovely wee overnight stay for flying from Manchester. Room too hot for my liking but my wife was fine with it. Will definitely return when flying from Manchester again

Okay for a airport run

Good location if travelling to Manchester Airport. 3/5 for the room, mattress was incredibly thin, bathroom was freezing and quite a lot of mould. It was warm room and good size TV.

Very friendly family run business, nothing too much trouble for them , made us very welcome . Court yard room was clean and comfortable, outside patio seating area perfect for relaxing and enjoying their plants and flowers all very colourful. Breakfast was the best continental I have had. Will be staying there again . Thank you for having us

Small room but clean

Room was small (~10’ x 8’ incl bathroom) with a small hard bed that won’t suit many. It was very clean and fresh in appearance. Parking was awkward - for some reason we couldn’t park in the larger lot by the lodge. To leave, cars have to reverse out onto a busy road. Ok for one night.

Low height of ceiling

The rooms are tiny and the ceiling is very low. Many times the beam hit my head. Not the right place to stay for business.

Very welcoming.

The host and hostess were very welcoming and available. The room and hotel were very comfortable and the price very reasonable. I would have given them a better review but there were a few things that made our stay unpleasant. During the night the yard light that shown into our bathroom kept coming off and on. It was motion activated and the exhaust from something kept turning it off and on. The same thing happened with the hall light.

Great for early flight from Manchester Airport.

Very friendly lady checked us in, quickly without issues. We booked a courtyard room. Limited parking at the side of the hotel giving direct access into the courtyard, but its a gravel area on a slight hill, neighbours park in the area. Main car parking at the other side of the hotel. Room was very clean, with a small en suite bathroom. No fridge, but tea and coffee facilities. Excellent for an overnight stay when flying out of Manchester Airport early in the morning. 6 minute drive from the Car rental village, making returning the car easy. Great nights sleep, bed comfortable would highly recommend and will use again when in the area.
