"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. Amazing hotel, friendly staff and fabulous break...thank you. It was appreciated. "

"Location very good, easy to find and large multi storey car park near by. Room was decent size, reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast in Masons Bar next door was very nice and the staff in there top notch. In quite a loud vibrant area but we didnt hear any noise in our room Only downside was the price but this was due to Taylor Swift concert so everywhere in Liverpool was at least doubled "

"A pleasant stay in the town centre. The hotel is comfortable and well located - a few minutes walk to the river, walls and cafes. The breakfast was offered at a discount if you book with reception the day before. It includes a hot English breakfast and the usual continental items."

"Great location , short walk to 2 local pubs so no shortage of food and drink in the place or locally. Room nice and clean , service good , it was a last minute booking as our car had broken down and was put in a local garage, so couldn’t get home , so didn’t get chance to use the facilities as we had no extra clothes etc , but would come back and stay again hopefully under better circumstances"

"Staying here was a wonderful experience. It has only just open a year ago. Was given what probably is one of the best rooms in the place- on the upper corner of the building. Ceilings look to be 16' high. Despite being on a fairly busy road, I barely heard a thing. Slept 10 hour nights, then treated to a free breakfast where the entire menu is FREE for guests included with the price. And this was fancy food that I personally wouldn't normally have for breakfast. Apart from this is an open buffet...

"Comfortable room with loads of space (club room). My only gripe was the breakfast, sort of half a full English with half of the hot stuff being luke warm. Otherwise the hotel is fab, staff are super helpful, rooms are nice and clean and beds are very comfy! "

"Quest was a great hotel! The room was clean and it was a quick walk to tourist attractions. We were there for Taylor Swift and fortunately the stadium shuttle bus was a quick walk away. "
