I was disappointed there wasn’t a Dyson hairdryer (as advertised). That was my only complaint, which shows how perfect it was. I’d highly recommend this property. "

"Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We were upgraded from a classic to a deluxe room which was a nice surprise. Only slight disappointment was our view was obstructed by scaffolding so we can understand why they would not offer this as a regular deluxe room right now. Minibar was all inclusive but only soft drinks and a selection of snacks. We had breakfast as part of our stay as well which was very nice. Great selection and very tasty and nice setting. "Great staff and service. Room is a bit smaller compared to other hotel rooms i stayed in the past. However location is perfect! Its in the middle of Central London Covent Garden Area close to everything! Would definitely stay here again next time. "
