Location is great. The Front Desk & the bell service were great. Loved about the toilet. ( just like everywhere in Japan. washlet toilet ). Price for the room is a bit over priced. Also In-Room dining menu has room to improve for menu selections. Lobby area is beautiful with flower arrangement. I would select this hotel again for London stay.
Very nice hotel. The fanciest I’ve ever stayed in. My family picked it . I would have gone for some less expensive but it was a wonderful place. All staff so kind and helpful.

Everything went well, the room was very comfortable, the service in general very nice.
The only thing that I didn’t like much was that at breakfast time took a long time to bring coffee.
