"For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! Those wanting to cool off chose the top pool. We will definitely come back every year as this part of Tenerife is fantastic… thank you for a lovely stay "

"Enjoyed our stay at the Zentral Center. Stayed here now many times and find the staff very welcoming and friendly. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a good sized balcony. It was a good sized room and was cleaned with new towels every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful stay close to many bars and restaraunts."

"Excellent hotel and facilities.nearly every review i read before booking complained of the night time noise and music coming from the nearby veronicas,but with having our 9 year old son,we planned carefully and paid for an ocean view room right at the back of the hotel and WE DIDNT HEAR A THING!so its worth paying the extra to get a good nights sleep in the comfortable rooms,all the staff were very friendly and having chose the all inclusive option,the food and drink in the restaurant and hotel bar was of the highest quality!special mention to all the entertainment staff-especially the guys that ran the regular kids clubs who were very professional, polite and laid on endless activities for all the kids in a safe environment and our son loved every minute!i highly recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure!"
