The staff really make this hotel a 5* experience! Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard, the bar/dining staff were always smiling and chatting and the entertainment around the pool was excellent for all ages!

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Food was OK. Not bad, but just very basic. I would say 95% of the guests are from the UK, so beans for breakfast was inevitable. The hotel could use some paint and renovation here and there. Did not like the restaurant. Seems it was in the basement with lots of artificial lights, super crowded with plastic chairs and tables.

Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great. We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Good room, quiet at night! 5 pools to chose from, SPA, shuttle to the beach takes 10 min. Great choice of food and entertainment. Friendly multinational staff. We'll definitely come back for a fuss free holiday!

Standards dropping at the moment.

Have been numerous times to Paradise Park as we live very close and enjoy a few days away. However we thought that the food at dinner was very limited this visit not enough choice too much junk food. But the staff always friendly and helpful. Disappointed.

Highly recommended

The hotel is fabulous. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Ours had two bedrooms and a beautiful see view that we enjoyed from the balcony. They offer a great variety of food across all buffet meals. It's fair to say that mainly cater for the British with roast dinners every night and full English breakfast in the mornings, but there was also grilled meats and fish, pasta and pizza stations, traditional Mojo from Canarias and lovely starters and desserts. My son really enjoyed the chocolate fountain! But the best of all is the service. Across the board all staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone for such dedication. I genuinely never been in a hotel were the staff was as caring and thoughtful as in Paradise Park.

Very clean and the staff were excellent. Well places for the area and a free shuttle bus to the centre if you can’t do the walk, one of our party couldn’t. Food was good with plenty of choice

Home from home

Have stay here a number of times. Its not 5 star dining but good with plenty of choice. Adults area on the roof with small pool jacuzzi and bar great. Bar staff always very friendly. Mostly brit clients.

I have a good time there. Nice big rooms friendly staff. Only thing was they should have some moe pool table it was fun too use.. Maybe a Shuffle board would bee nice too..

We stayed in the 2 bed annex for part of our honeymoon and it was amazing! We had a view of the pool from both of our balconies, a big living area, 2 bathrooms and a big double bedroom all spread across 2 floors. The staff were lovely and sent up a bottle of sparkling wine on our second day to celebrate. Thank you so much everyone!

Paradise Park Hotel

Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room.

Many positives - amenities, staff attitude, 10 mins to the promenade. Our fridge did not function properly, the hotel obviously had no intention of replacing it but did offer us a gratis massage and spa session which we appreciated. The main meal dishes at dinner were awful and much worse than we experienced on visits before the pandemic. My school dinners in the 1970s were better than this. Needs fixing, on this showing we won’t be back which is a shame.

We won’t be returning.

The room was really small for a 4 star. Most of the deco was quite outdated. No desk or table with chair inside. The room we had was loud as it was directly above a service yard of sort therefore constant delivery vans or servicing vans would be in and out from 6am until late. Acoustic wasn’t very good and smoke smell inside the room. Smoke marking on the ceiling which was not great as the staining was directly above your bed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The staffs were really helpful and lovely but the facilities themselves were not worthy of the star rating. We won’t be staying in this hotel again on our return.
