"Wonderful location. Not far from two Tube stations and the tourist buses. Also, Hyde Park was absolutely beautiful. Hotel was clean, quiet, and had a really nice buffet breakfast."

"This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm."

"Location is excellent, lots of places to eat late into the night close by. Room was lovely, comfortable with lots of amenities. You're in the heart of london so with windows open it will be noisy. I'd stay here again. Check in staff, Michela, was so kind and warm - lovely person!"
