"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"We had a great stay! The hotel room itself was a bit shabby but I felt like we got what we paid for (a little shabby in exchange for a cheaper hotel). It was nice and quiet, the room was giant and the food was great, and the view was unbeatable! I could list a bunch of things in the room that needed repair, but honestly, that didn't bother us too much! Lower your expectations a bit and you'll have no problems IMO. I would book here again :) "
