"The resort was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Room service was awesome. Pool was BEAUTIFUL. The food was good. . Would room had two queen beds. Room was spacious and very clean. The only issue we encountered in our initial room was the AC would not cool after the first night. They quickly sent a repair man who attempted to fix the issue. When he realized it couldn’t be fixed right away we were moved to another room with no issues. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Animals and animal waste all over the hotel. Not a bad resort. Staff was mostly friendly. Smoking in Mexico is now illegal so most staff takes advantage to treat you bad for not smoking at 1 of the 2 designated smoking areas of the hotel. I honestly won't be going back and especially to Mexico. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise. This was our honeymoon trip and it was perfect. We got the privilege package which made our stay so much better. Our Butler Hugo, was always extremely helpful and kind. He helped us with dinner reservations and sent messages to us everyday making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Anyone planning on going on a trip here I encourage you to do the privilege package as it makes the vacation so much better!"
