"I had accidentally left my iPad and I didn’t realize till I getting ready to leave the country. They NEVER called and sent or email regarding my items being left in my room. Even though they did notice it in the lost and found. They wouldn’t help get it back and I had to email they a label for the shipping and I’m stilling waiting for it."

"Stayed at Sheraton Miyako Osaka during a holiday expecting a proper hotel experience, but was shocked to find out almost every amenity came with extra charges — something never clearly explained when booking. Staff were genuinely great and the rooms were decent to nice, but how do you invite guests to stay during a holiday period and then nickel-and-dime them for basic amenities afterward? Transparency matters. A hotel at this level should be upfront about extra costs before guests arrive, not surprise them later."

"The property was spacious and clean but a little old. Price was good. Good to have a washing machine. We couldn't use the TV for free to air programs as there wasn't any aerial connection. Air Conditioning doesn't work very well. Off button doesn't work on the toilet. Lift very over perfumed smell (stinks). Only one bedside table."
