"All of the staff were very very kind and helpful to me and my mother.The hotel is in short distance to the pyramids and some shopping, however it is a tourist area, so the hotel can not control everything. Not too far from the hotel there were children peddling which can be uncomfortable, however you also should come with an open mind. Every country is not the same.
