"Very old but updated and clean"

"Very clean room. Fixtures, layout, and theme were wonderful. Plenty of appliances, towels, cups, etc. Coffee station was stocked. Closet was full of amenities for the beach including a wagon. Property is well taken care of. Public park and beach ramp directly across the street. Beautiful sunrise views. "

"The house was stylishly decorated with modern appliances. The bed mattress were comfortable. There was plenty of common space for us to gather. Check in and out was easy. We didn't need to contact our host because they provided detailed instructions for our stay. The stove burner that was broken in a previous review still hadn't been repaired. Since we were able to use both kitchens, it wasn't a problem. There was a hurricane the week before our stay and the closest beach access was damaged. We were able to walk down the street to access the beach. The staircase outside the house is the only way to get to the upstairs unit. If we had small children it would have been disappointing, but for our group it was fine. It was an excellent stay for adults. "

"Fabulous poolside condo. Close to good food, however I prefer closer to Flagler Avenue. But it was a quick Uber so no complaints about location. It was clean. Pool was nice. Parking was close n checkin easy "

Really appreciated the communication and very thorough supporting material (troubleshoots for everything you can imagine!) the location is unbeatable, and loved being right at the border of drove/no drive. added perk for us with littles with us was a playground in walking distance! Pro’s- location! Playground, beach and great food options (pizza, SoNapa, Chase’s) all in walking distance- beach "

"Condo was updated, very immaculate and obviously prepared for renters as it has everything you will need, including beach items and games. Keurig coffee pot, blenders and even games for the family to play. I will definitely come back here to stay again"
