"Our stay at the Zen Retreat was exceptional. The property was well maintained and clean. The decor is very calming as well as the direct ocean views from the living space and the master bedroom. Attention to detail in this unit is unmatched. There is a fully stocked coffee bar and a variety of beach necessities. This townhome is conveniently located to local shopping and eateries. Our host, Carmen, was quick to respond to all questions. She was very responsive and friendly and provided all necessary information for check in. The whole process was extremely stress free and she was the perfect host. I highly recommend Carmen and The Zen Retreat. It was the most relaxing vacation. Slept so good. Watched the most beautiful sunrises and actually caught a rocket launch while there. I will be a repeat visitor. 10/10 "

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ocean Vista beach house in New Smyrna Beach! The view was breathtaking—truly the kind of ocean view you dream about when planning a beach vacation. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived.One of the biggest highlights was the kitchen. It was so thoughtfully stocked that we were able to prepare all the side dishes to take to our Friendsgiving Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people with ease! That level of care and attention to detail truly impressed us.The townhome community was peaceful and quiet, offering a nice sense of privacy. The location was ideal—far enough from the hustle and bustle of Flagler Avenue to enjoy tranquility, yet close enough to easily access restaurants, shops, and local attractions.We loved it so much that we’ve already planned several return trips for next year. Ocean Vista will definitely be our go-to spot in New Smyrna Beach!"

"This was by far the best beach I've been to! The condo was just as the pictures show. Great restaurants. The condo residents are super friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is there was no clear indication of which building the condo was in. Luckily a resident was happy to help me figure it out."
